Second Chances, Stronger Futures

The Second Chances, Stronger Futures program, funded through a Perkins grant, provides career exploration, workforce services, and individualized support for justice-involved adults and those re-entering the workforce. Participants receive bi-monthly guidance at REWIND Center and Perham 180 in Perham, MN, helping them explore career paths, prepare for employment, and access resources to build lasting success. The program focuses on removing barriers and meeting participants where they are, with the goal of securing meaningful employment.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and engaged with REWIND or Perham 180 programs. Services are tailored to individual needs and career goals.
