RMCEP is leading the way with a strength-based holistic approach to assisting our Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) families reach their true self-sufficiency and full potential. We are aproviding the nationally recongized Family Development Training and Credentialing program (FDC) to our job counselirs. This professional development course was developed at Cornell Univeristy and will enable our frontline MFIP job cousenlors to learn and practice the skills of strength-based family support systems. At RMCEP, we are here to support our clients and their families by partnering with them to reach their professional goals.
