RMCEP APPOINTS TWO NEW MEMBERS TO THE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD

RMCEP announces the appointment of Michelle Colvert of Moorhead and John Tormanen of Park Rapids to the Workforce Investment Board (Workforce Council). The Workforce Council has administrative, planning, and oversight responsibilities for employment and training programs in RMCEP's 19-county service area.
Michelle Colvert is an Employment Representative with Creative Care for Reaching Independence in Moorhead. John Tormanen is the Director of Mission and Human Resources with CHI St. Joseph's Health in Park Rapids. Both members posses a strong background in human resources with an excellent understanding of the workforce needs and challenges of our service area. Welcome Ms. Colvert and Mr. Tormanen!
