Incumbent Worker Training helps Jordan chart new career path at his current employer

When Jordan first connected with Leading CareerForce Partner Rural Minnesota Concentrated Employment Program (RMCEP), he was already a dedicated employee who had been with the same company since June 2018. Although he was steadily employed, Jordan recognized that earning his Class A CDL would open new doors for advancement with his current employer including greater earning potential, increased job security and the ability to better support his family. He entered the program with a clear vision of where he wanted to go and the determination to make it happen.
