Bridging Career Pathways

9 Jan 2017

The Bridging to Career Pathways program was designed to provide skills training, paid internships, on-the-job training and job development for approximately 75 adult participants who are over the age of 18 and who face many barriers to employment. A key strategy for the $300,000 two-year budget will be to provide individual skill-building activities to address inadequate language, math, life or basic work skills.

When participants complete this training, there will be an industry-recognized credential, diploma or certificate provided. Progress will be monitored closely by one of the Rural Minnesota CEP case managers.
