The 2026 Workforce Forum, hosted by the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with United Way of Cass-Clay and in partnership with the NSF AgTech Engine in North Dakota, Minnesota DEED Drive for Five and FMHRA, brings together leaders and practitioners like you who care deeply about workforce, talent and community.
This half-day gathering creates space to learn, connect and collaborate around the challenges and opportunities shaping our workforce today and into the future.
You will hear a keynote from nationally recognized futurist Rebecca Ryan, explore local, data-driven updates on housing, child care, immigration and the unhoused population, and participate in a hands-on skills-based hiring workshop with practical tools you can use right away.
