Rural Minnesota Concentrated Employment Program, Inc., provides a list of services available throughout the region for youths to utilize. Through the creation of area partners, local education providers, health and human service providers, Job Corps, community based organizations, foster care, faith-based organizations, and many other organizations and agencies, the Rural Minnesota CEP Youth Counselors are well-trained and understand the needs and concerns for the youth to be successful.

Rural Minnesota CEP focuses on developing at-risk youth with a plan to complete high school and develop a career plan, while providing hands-on experience.
